SERVICES

The bulk of our business is the refurbishment of Manesty tablet presses too high GMP standards, but other machines like Fette, Kilian & Korsch can be catered for, along with associated dedusters, tablet elevators & metal checks. We refurbish any of the Manesty range of machines, from the RS3 through to the modern Rotapress & Xpress.

COATING OF MACHINES

The coating or recoating of castings visible on the machine, (black or silver) we can also bond & fit new stainless panels to cabinet tops, unipress ect

SPARE PARTS

We can supply your company with replacement spare parts for any of the Manesty range of machines, when requesting part prices, please supply full part number & description for an early response.

TURRET REPAIRS

Inpress can now offer turret repairs i.e. the repair of top and bottom punch guides & keyways, with the use of a specialist engineering company that operates the very latest CNC boring machine tools. We also offer a reverse engineering services for other press manufactures, feed pans, paddles, scrappers, pressure rolls & pins ect. Send us your old samples & we can quote for a direct replacement, I'm confident we will be very competitive against the OEM price.

NEW TURRETS

We now manufacture new turrets for obsolete machines like the RS2 & RS3.

MANESTY EXPRESS B TO D CONVERSION

We can know convert your Manesty Express B to the more versatile D machine, Unipress & others can also be supplied.

VARIABLE SPEED FEEDERS

Variable speed feeders can also be installed on to your machine, giving greater control over product flow. The feeder speed is controlled from the front panel with the use of an inverter.

ELECTRONIC TACHOMETERS & BATCH COUNTERS

If required we can fit modern high tech tachometers and batch counters allowing more accurate production figures.

MACHINE SAFETY GUARDING

Inpress specialize in the construction and fitting of all round safety guards on any type of machine. their is a link from our projects page regarding this subject. All doors are protected by a magnetic safety switch and a time delay bolt switch which takes an average 20 seconds to disengage, which is more than adequate for the machine to come to a complete stop.
