Feed frame with replaceable brass inserts for B4 D4 DX4 We currently offer a feed frame to replace the original OEM frame that has replaceable brass inserts, ideal if you suffer excessive wear on the center ribs by tableting an abrasive product, we can also supply frames for the B4 & D4 in PTFE, brass & bronze Tablet tooling cabinets Inpress is currently developing & designing a standard size stainless steel tablet tooling cabinet, if their is sufficient demand we will manufacture this product, please contact us if you are interested. Service contracts In March 2007 we introduced service contacts to service customers machines on site, call John for a price on the following service. Cad & 3D modeling We now offer Cad & 3D drawing services, part design & modification, 3D modeling for CNC machining. Credit against parts & service We now give credit against parts service & refurbishments when you part exchange a machine or unused spare parts that we require. Inpress now do trials of your product If a machine & tooling is available we can tablet your product at a very competitive price, & if a machine is eventually supplied, this cost will be deducted from the price of the finished machine. Please note we do not do trials with hazardous materials, or products that can contaminate our facilities, antibiotic ect. Stainless fabrications We now manufacture purpose made stainless fabrications to your requirements, you supply us with your basic idea & drawings, & we quote along with CAD drawings, 316 bulk hoppers, mixer hoppers, tables, shelving, basically if you wont it made in stainless we can do it. Inpress acquire fabrication patterns from Manesty Fabrications In August 2005 Manesty closed its Halifax site for the last time, where the Accelacota range & other fabricated parts where manufactured, i.e. dust nozzles tablet chutes, hopper's ect & the patterns date from modern day, back to the 1970s. We have literally tons of patterns stored away, so if you are looking for that missing dust nozzle or tablet chute, & don't wont a 6 to 12 week delivery from your supplier, give me a call as I'm sure we can assist you.
