This section deals with the complete supply & refurbishment of a Manesty Rotapress Mk4 D machine.
Brief spec of the machine
Maximum tablets per hour 360,000
Maximum tablets per minute 6,000
Maximum diameter 25.4mm
Maximum depth of fill 20.6mm
After the machine is stripped & inspected the cleaning process begins, along with the development & manufacture of a new
stainless steel top plate, which is later bonded to the main casting. These are manufactured as left & right to avoid
unnecessary cut holes, if you require a panel set for a machine please enquire for a price.
After bonding the stainless panel we then clean & fit the main pillars, ready to except the tablet thickness shafts. We then start
the refurbishment of the lower roll carriers & lower tamp assemblies.
The lower roll carriers are refurbished with new parts where required, along with the lower tamp assembly, then fitted into place, & set
to the required overload. After the main heavy parts are fitted the base & new leveling feet are primed ready for the red top coat.
The base is then painted with top coat, then assembled further
The following pictures were taken in the later stages of assembly, please note the turret with anti rust coating, along with our developed
nylon cam guards.
As part of a full refurbishment we can now offer this coating to the whole machine which will eliminate the red painted finish.
Final assembly along with adjustments are made at this stage, & the finished machine is below.
