MANESTY EXPRESS 25
The following section details the refurbishment of a Manesty Express 25B slotted, a proven well engineered machine.
In the years I have worked with Manesty presses I suspect I have refurbished well over 25 Express machines, & it is one of my favorites, simply to
operate & easy to maintain, no complicated PLC controls & servo drives, its simple & it does the job.
After all castings are returned from our coating supplier we start on the re-assembly with new parts as required
We then re-assemble the main gearbox with new bearings, & where required new spacers, please note
the main pulley is not rusty it is a special coating we use.
